What happens to personal data on this site

This page explains what personal data is processed when you read this site. It is short, because the site does very little: it publishes a guide, and it measures how many people arrive and whether the page works.

Who is responsible

What is collected

• Measurement data. Pages viewed, approximate region, device type, browser and how you reached the site, including any advertising click identifier contained in the address you arrived with. This is collected through Google Tag Manager and the Google services configured in it.
• Technical data. Your IP address is processed by our hosting provider and by those services in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
• Your cookie notice choice. Stored in your own browser so the notice does not reappear on every visit. It stays on your device.

We do not collect names, postal addresses, telephone numbers or payment details on this site.

Why it is processed, and on what basis

• To deliver and protect the site. Our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
• To measure readership and advertising. Your consent where the law of your country requires it, and otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is found and used.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Tag Manager and the Google advertising and measurement services loaded through it may set cookies or read identifiers in your browser. You can remove or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Leaving this site

The age confirmation at the top of the home page leads to a separate website. If you continue, the campaign and click identifiers in the address you arrived with are passed along to that website so that the visit can be attributed to the right source. That website has its own privacy policy, which applies from the moment you arrive there.

Who receives data

• Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, for tag management, measurement and advertising. Data may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards Google publishes for such transfers.
• Our hosting provider in the European Union, which serves the pages.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's own purposes.

How long it is kept

Measurement data is kept for the retention period set in the Google services concerned, which is at most 14 months for user-level data. Your cookie notice choice stays in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw a consent you have given. Residents of other places, including California, Canada and Australia, have comparable rights under their own laws, and we handle requests from anywhere in the same way. Write to info@zafgroup.se.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Sweden that is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

Readers under 21

This site is written for adults aged 21 and over and is not directed at anyone younger.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new review date.
