How to reach the editor

This site is an editorial resource on classic flavor profiles. Everything sent to the address below is read, and most of it gets a reply.

What we can help with

• A correction: a passage in the guide that is wrong, out of date or unclear.
• A question about something the guide says, or about a flavor it leaves out.
• A suggestion for a profile or a regional tradition the guide should cover.
• Permission to quote or reproduce part of the guide elsewhere.
• A request about personal data, as described in the privacy policy.

What we cannot help with from this site

Nothing is sold on this site, so there are no orders, deliveries or returns connected to it, and we hold no records of that kind here. A question about a transaction made on another website has to go to the customer service address shown on that website.

Replies

We are a small team. Most messages are answered within a few business days. Corrections come first, because a wrong passage that stays up is worse than a slow reply.
